Washington High School Basketball - Franklin Pierce tops Tyee
January 3, 2024: Tacoma, WA 98445 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Franklin Pierce Cardinals (Tacoma, WA) and the visiting Tyee Titans (SeaTac, WA), saw Franklin Pierce's basketball squad knock off Tyee by a tally of 44-27.
With the victory, Franklin Pierce improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to White River (Buckley, WA) to play the Hornets in a 2A South Puget Sound challenge on Friday, January 5. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. White River won 51-4 in their recent league challenge against Fife (Fife, WA)
Next up, the Titans play the Renton Red Hawks (Renton, WA) in a 2A KingCo challenge, on Friday, January 5. Tyee will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
