Michigan High School Basketball - Hamady overwhelms Nouvel Catholic Central
January 3, 2024: Flint, MI 48504 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Hamady Hawks (Flint, MI) and the visiting Nouvel Catholic Central Panthers (Saginaw, MI), saw Hamady's basketball squad wallop Nouvel Catholic Central by a tally of 72-15.
With the victory, Hamady improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Bendle (Burton, MI) to confront the Tigers in a Genesee Area - Red challenge on Friday, January 5. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Bendle won 62-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Atherton (Burton, MI)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Valley Lutheran Chargers (Saginaw, MI) in a Tri-Valley - West II challenge, on Friday, January 5. Nouvel Catholic Central will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 42-38 non-league loss to St. Mary (Lake Leelanau, MI).
