New York High School Basketball - Hilton fells Spencerport
January 3, 2024: Spencerport, NY 14559 Hilton Cadets (Hilton, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Spencerport Rangers (Spencerport, NY), 60-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hilton upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Cadets travel to Penfield (Penfield, NY) to play the Patriots in a Section 5 Monroe 1 bout on Friday, January 5. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 2-3.
Next up, the Rangers play the Honeoye Falls-Lima Cougars (Honeoye Falls, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe 2 bout, on Friday, January 5. Spencerport will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 67-54 non-league win over Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY).
