Missouri High School Basketball - Maysville overwhelmed by North Platte
January 3, 2024: Maysville, MO 64469 The North Platte Panthers basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the host Maysville Wolverines to 30 in the Panthers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mid-Buchanan for a KCI contest on Friday, January 5. North Platte will battle a Dragons team coming off a 36-32 non-league loss to Savannah (Savannah, MO). The Dragons record now stands at 5-4.
The Wolverines (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Trenton (Trenton, MO). The Bulldogs come into the Grand River contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Trenton was routed by Gallatin (Gallatin, MO), 47-42, in a league contest.
