Missouri High School Basketball - New Franklin tops Prairie Home
January 3, 2024: Prairie Home, MO 65068 New Franklin Bulldogs (New Franklin, MO) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Prairie Home Panthers (Prairie Home, MO), 61-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, New Franklin upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Pilot Grove (Pilot Grove, MO) to play the Tigers in a Central bout on Friday, January 5. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 3-7. Pilot Grove won 36-32 in their recent league bout against Sturgeon (Sturgeon, MO)
Next up, the Panthers play the Sturgeon Bulldogs (Sturgeon, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Prairie Home will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 36-32 league loss to Pilot Grove (Pilot Grove, MO).
