January 3, 2024: Chapel Hill, NC 27516 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) and the host Chapel Hill Tigers (Chapel Hill, NC), saw Cardinal Gibbons's basketball squad wallop Chapel Hill by a tally of 56-19.
With the victory, Cardinal Gibbons improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Green Level (Cary, NC) to play the Gators in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 15. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 5-3.
Next up, the Tigers play the Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Chapel Hill will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 47-17 non-league win over Jordan (Durham, NC).
