North Carolina High School Basketball - Thomasville tops Ledford
January 3, 2024: Thomasville, NC 27360 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC) and the visiting Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC), saw Thomasville's basketball squad knock off Ledford by a tally of 61-48.
With the victory, Thomasville improves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to South Davidson (Denton, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-11. South Davidson lost 67-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Salisbury (Salisbury, NC)
Next up, the Panthers play the Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC) in a challenge, on Friday, January 5. Ledford will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 11-0 record after their 50-36 non-league win over West Davidson (Lexington, NC).
