Washington High School Basketball - West Valley overwhelmed by Liberty
January 3, 2024: Spangle, WA 99031 The Liberty Lancers basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting West Valley Eagles to 37 in the Lancers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Lancers now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Okanogan for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Liberty will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-40 non-league win over Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-2.
The Eagles (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Clarkston (Clarkston, WA). The Bantams come into the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Clarkston was routed by Post Falls (Post Falls, ID), 60-15, in a non-league contest.
