January 3, 2025: Montgomery, AL 36111 Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host LAMP Golden Tigers (Montgomery, AL), 46-42 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Beauregard upgrades its record to 2-9 on the year. The Hornets host Wadley (Wadley, AL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, January 6. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 4-4. Wadley lost 67-57 in their recent non-league match against Gaston (Gadsden, AL)
The Golden Tigers now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ellwood Christian for a non-league match on Saturday, January 4.
