With the victory, Boone Central advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Cardinals host Pierce (Pierce, NE) to meet the Bluejays in a C1 District 8 battle on Saturday, January 4. The Bluejays enter the battle with a record of 2-5. Pierce lost 50-45 in their recent non-league battle against Plattsmouth (Plattsmouth, NE)
