The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Crooked Oak Ruf-Nex (Oklahoma City, OK) and the host Dickson Comets (Ardmore, OK), observed Crooked Oak's basketball team overcome Dickson by a margin of 60-48.

The Ruf-Nex (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against North Rock Creek (Shawnee, OK). The Cougars come into the Freelance challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, North Rock Creek defeated Tecumseh (Tecumseh, OK), 101-67, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Comets battle the Harrah Panthers (Harrah, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Dickson will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record.
