Michigan High School Basketball - Grosse Pointe North knocks off DeWitt
January 3, 2025: Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Grosse Pointe North Norsemen basketball team scored a good 55-44 win over the DeWitt Panthers.
The Norsemen (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cousino (Warren, MI). The Patriots come into the Macomb Area - Blue contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Cousino was topped by Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI), 62-26, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the East Lansing Trojans (East Lansing, MI) in a Capital Area - Blue contest, on Tuesday, January 7. DeWitt will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 7-1 record after their 73-63 non-league win over De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI).
