Rhode Island High School Basketball - Exeter-West Greenwich holds off St. Patrick Academy
January 3, 2025: West Greenwich, RI 02817 The Exeter-West Greenwich Scarlet Knights basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting St. Patrick Academy Padres to 53 in the Scarlet Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Scarlet Knights now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Scituate for a Division III game on Monday, January 6. Exeter-West Greenwich will confront a Spartans team coming off a 87-37 league loss to Times Squared Academy (Providence, RI). The Spartans record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, St. Patrick Academy falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Padres host Providence Country Day (East Providence, RI) to confront the Knights in a Division III game on Thursday, January 9. The Knights go into the game with a record of 1-5.
