Washington, DC High School Basketball - Harvard-Westlake nips Gonzaga
January 3, 2025: Washington, DC 20001 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Harvard-Westlake Wolverines basketball team scored a close 66-63 triumph over the Gonzaga Eagles.
The Wolverines (17-1) will now prepare for their contest against De La Salle (Concord, CA). The Spartans go into the non-league contest with a 14-0 record. In their last contest, De La Salle nipped Chaminade (St. Louis, MO), 58-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Chaminade Red Devils (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Gonzaga will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Red Devils go into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 58-40 non-league win over Christ the King (Middle Village, NY).
