Indiana High School Basketball - North Vermillion overwhelms South Newton

The North Vermillion Falcons basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host South Newton Rebels to 46 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Attica for a Wabash River game on Friday, January 10.

With the loss, South Newton falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Watseka (Watseka, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 2-10. Watseka lost 51-33 in their recent league game against Oakwood (Fithian, IL)
