The Parkersburg Catholic Crusaders basketball squad (Parkersburg, WV), was nudged 63-61 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Tyler Knights (Sistersville, WV)

With the victory, Tyler advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Knights host Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV) to meet the Red Devils in a Little Kanawha - West battle on Saturday, January 4. The Red Devils enter the battle with a record of 4-2. Ravenswood lost 55-51 in their recent non-league battle against Ripley (Ripley, WV)

The Crusaders now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hannan for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. Parkersburg Catholic will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 90-35 non-league loss to Wahama (Mason, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
