California High School Basketball - Sultana nips Riverside Prep

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Sultana Sultans (Hesperia, CA) and the visiting Riverside Prep Silver Knights (Oro Grande, CA), observed Sultana's basketball team edge Riverside Prep by a margin of 52-50.

The Sultans (4-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA). The Burros come into the Mojave River challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Burroughs was tipped by Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA), 66-56, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Silver Knights battle the Big Bear Bears (Big Bear City, CA) in a Cross Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 7.
