Washington High School Basketball - Chief Sealth bests Evergreen
January 3, 2025: Seattle, WA 98126 The Chief Sealth Seahawks (Seattle, WA) basketball toppled the visiting Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA), 35-27 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Seahawks now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Seattle Academy for a 3A Metro bout on Wednesday, January 8. Chief Sealth will play a Cardinals team coming off a 52-34 league loss to Bishop Blanchet (Seattle, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Evergreen falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Northwest (Seattle, WA) to play the House in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The House go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Northwest lost 42-32 in their recent league bout against South Whidbey (Langley, WA)
