The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the De Soto Pirates (De Soto, WI) and the host New Lisbon Rockets (New Lisbon, WI), observed De Soto's basketball team overwhelm New Lisbon by a score of 60-37.

The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Seneca (Seneca, WI). The Indians come into the Ridge & Valley challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Seneca was routed by River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI), 67-19, in a non-league challenge.
