The Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Palmdale Academy Charter School Jaguars (Palmdale, CA), 76-33 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Scorpions now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Kern Valley for a High Desert bout on Tuesday, January 7. Desert will play a Broncs team coming off a 59-19 league win over Boron (Boron, CA). The Broncs record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Palmdale Academy Charter School falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Faith Baptist (Canoga Park, CA) to play the Contenders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. The Contenders go into the bout with a record of 6-4.
