Washington High School Basketball - Granger knocks off Riverside Christian
January 3, 2025: Granger, WA 98932 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Granger Spartans (Granger, WA) and the visiting Riverside Christian Crusaders (Yakima, WA), observed Granger's basketball team overcome Riverside Christian by a margin of 46-30.
The Spartans (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty Christian (Richland, WA). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Liberty Christian dropped by Pomeroy (Pomeroy, WA), 39-21, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Highland Scots (Cowiche, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Riverside Christian will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Scots come into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 57-16 non-league loss to Yakama Nation Tribal (Toppenish, WA).
