Oregon High School Basketball - Rogue River nips La Pine
January 3, 2025: Rogue River, OR 97537 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Rogue River Chieftains basketball team scored a close 38-35 triumph over the La Pine Hawks.
The Chieftains (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Riddle (Riddle, OR). The Irish go into the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Riddle was tipped by Gold Beach (Gold Beach, OR), 36-34, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hawks battle the Henley Hornets (Klamath Falls, OR) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. La Pine will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 11-1 record after their 61-58 non-league win over Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR).
