With the victory, St. Joseph advances its record to 7-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Bigelow (Bigelow, AR) to meet the Panthers in a 2A Region 5 battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 10-7. Bigelow won 46-42 in their recent non-league battle against Dardanelle (Dardanelle, AR)
The Griffins now own a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cutter-Morning Star for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 4. Ozark Catholic Academy will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 51-39 non-league win over Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 14-0.
