California High School Basketball - South Fork can't hold off Victory Christian Academy
January 3, 2025: Santa Rosa, CA 95409 Victory Christian Academy Eagles (Santa Rosa, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting South Fork Cubs (Miranda, CA), 35-32 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Victory Christian Academy advances its record to 7-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Sonoma Academy (Santa Rosa, CA) to face the Coyotes in a North Central II match on Tuesday, January 7. The Coyotes enter the match with a record of 6-1.
The Cubs now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Francisco Waldorf for a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. South Fork will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 35-22 non-league win over Bentley (Lafayette, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-2.
