California High School Soccer - Channel Islands toppled by Oxnard
January 3, 2025: Oxnard, CA 93030 Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Channel Islands Raiders (Oxnard, CA), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Oxnard advances its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Pacifica (Oxnard, CA) to clash with the Tritons in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 7. The Tritons come into the test with a record of 1-3. Pacifica lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Camarillo (Camarillo, CA)
The Raiders now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Nordhoff for a Citrus Coast test on Wednesday, January 8. Channel Islands will clash with a Rangers team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Hueneme (Oxnard, CA). The Rangers record now stands at 0-7.
