Louisiana High School Soccer - Lutcher nudges Live Oak
January 3, 2025: Lutcher, LA 70071 The Lutcher Bulldogs soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Live Oak Eagles to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 8-5 record. They play next when they host East St. John for a Division I District 6 bout on Tuesday, January 7. Lutcher will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to East Jefferson (Metairie, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-8.
With the loss, Live Oak moves to 9-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to East Ascension (Gonzales, LA) to play the Spartans in a bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-2. East Ascension lost 8-0 in their recent non-league bout against St. Joseph's Academy (Baton Rouge, LA)
