Colorado High School Basketball - ThunderRidge bests Cherry Creek
January 3, 2025: Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 The ThunderRidge Grizzlies basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Cherry Creek Bruins to 53 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Grizzlies now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Overland for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. ThunderRidge will play a Trailblazers team coming off a 58-47 non-league win over Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Trailblazers record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Cherry Creek falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bruins host Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO) to play the Bison in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Bison go into the game with a record of 2-1. Vista PEAK Prep lost 78-46 in their recent non-league game against Grandview (Aurora, CO)
