North Carolina High School Basketball - Greenfield crushes Coastal Christian
January 3, 2025: Wilmington, NC 28409 The Greenfield Knights (Wilson, NC) basketball crushed the host Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC), 49-22 in Friday's league bout.
The Knights now possess a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Arendell Parrott Academy for a bout on Tuesday, January 7. Greenfield will play a Patriots team coming off a 42-40 non-league win over Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Coastal Christian falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Centurions travel to Epiphany (New Bern, NC) to play the Falcons in a bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Epiphany lost 58-20 in their recent non-league bout against Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC)
