January 3, 2025: Federal Way, WA 98023 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Decatur Golden Gators (Federal Way, WA) and the visiting Kentlake Falcons (Kent, WA), observed Decatur's basketball team overwhelm Kentlake by a score of 74-43.
The Golden Gators (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA). The Ravens come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Auburn Riverside trounced Juanita (Kirkland, WA), 72-53, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Kentlake will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 73-23 non-league loss to Tumwater (Tumwater, WA).
