January 3, 2025: Metairie, LA 70001 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Archbishop Rummel Raiders (Metairie, LA) and the visiting Central Lafourche Trojans (Raceland, LA), saw Archbishop Rummel's soccer squad knock off Central Lafourche by a count of 3-1.
The Raiders (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Morgan City (Morgan City, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Morgan City nudged South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA), 1-0, in a non-league challenge.
With the loss, Central Lafourche moves to 12-4 on the year. The Trojans travel to New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy (New Orleans, LA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 6. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 6-6.
