California High School Soccer - Galt Monterey Trail
January 3, 2025: Galt, CA 95632 Monterey Trail Mustangs (Elk Grove, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Galt Warriors (Galt, CA), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Monterey Trail moves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Franklin (Elk Grove, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a Delta League test on Wednesday, January 8. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 8-1. Franklin 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Del Oro (Loomis, CA)
The Warriors now sport a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Amador for a Sierra Valley Conference test on Wednesday, January 8. Galt will meet a Buffaloes team coming off a 3-1 league win over Rosemont (Sacramento, CA). The Buffaloes record now stands at 3-5.
