California High School Soccer - Rosamond toppled by Liberty
January 3, 2025: Rosamond, CA 93560 Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Patriots host Clovis (Clovis, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, January 4. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 8-2. Clovis lost 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA)
The Roadrunners now sport a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Union for a High Desert test on Tuesday, January 7. Rosamond will clash with a Broncos team coming off a 2-2 league Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 4-1.
