Louisiana High School Basketball - Warren Easton holds off Reed
January 30, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70129 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Warren Easton Eagles (New Orleans, LA) and the host Reed Olympians (New Orleans, LA), saw Warren Easton's basketball squad hold off Reed by a tally of 35-33.
With the victory, Warren Easton improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Abramson (New Orleans, LA) to confront the Commodores in a 4A District 11 challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Commodores come into the challenge with a record of 8-8.
Next up, the Olympians confront the Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA) in a 3A District 9 challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Reed will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record.
