California High School Basketball - Arvin holds off Strathmore
January 30, 2023: Arvin, CA 93203 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Arvin Bears (Arvin, CA) and the visiting Strathmore Spartans (Strathmore, CA), saw Arvin's basketball squad hold off Strathmore by a tally of 1-0.
With the victory, Arvin improves its record to 9-11 on the campaign. The Bears host Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a challenge on Wednesday, February 1. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Golden Valley won 41-21 in their recent league challenge against Arvin (Arvin, CA)
Next up, the Spartans confront the Corcoran Panthers (Corcoran, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Strathmore will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
