Minnesota High School Basketball - South Ridge trounces Denfeld
January 30, 2023: Duluth, MN 55811 The South Ridge Panthers (Culver, MN) basketball crushed the host Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN), 93-23 in Monday's non-league test.
The Panthers (14-5) will now prepare for their test against Esko (Esko, MN). The Eskomos go into the non-league test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Esko walloped Cromwell (Cromwell, MN), 51-43, in a non-league test.
The Hunters now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Hermantown for a AAA Section 7 test on Thursday, February 2. Denfeld will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 67-54 non-league win over Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] (Eveleth, MN). The Hawks record now stands at 4-15.
