Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Harding Skippers (Fairport Harbor, OH) and the visiting St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH), saw Harding's basketball squad hold off St. John by a tally of 57-51.

With the victory, Harding improves its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Skippers travel to Open Door Christian (Elyria, OH) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 6-10. Open Door Christian won 39-21 in their recent league challenge against Horizon Science Academy (Cleveland, OH)
