January 30, 2024: Rathdrum, ID 83858 The Lakeland Hawks basketball team (Rathdrum, ID), was overwhelmed 86-53 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Bonners Ferry Badgers (Bonners Ferry, ID)
The Badgers now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timberlake for a 3A Intermountain battle on Friday, February 2. Bonners Ferry will battle a Tigers team coming off a 74-41 non-league win over Genesis Prep Academy (Post Falls, ID). The Tigers record now stands at 5-12.
The Hawks (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Post Falls (Post Falls, ID). The Trojans come into the 5A/4A Inland Empire battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Post Falls was overwhelmed by Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID), 62-51, in a league battle.
