January 30, 2024: Fairfield, CT 06825 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) and the visiting Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT), saw Notre Dame Catholic's basketball squad wallop Bunnell by a tally of 79-53.
With the victory, Notre Dame Catholic improves its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Weston (Weston, CT) to confront the Trojans in a Southwest challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Weston won 70-59 in their recent league challenge against Stratford (Stratford, CT)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) in a Southwest challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Bunnell will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Green Wave come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 77-54 non-league win over Abbott RVT (Danbury, CT).
