January 30, 2024: Allen Park, MI 48101 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Summerfield Bulldogs (Petersburg, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Cabrini Monarchs (Allen Park, MI), by a margin of 85-58.
The Bulldogs (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Whiteford (Ottawa Lake, MI). The Bobcats go into the Tri-County outing with a 11-6 record. In their last outing, Whiteford smashed Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI), 79-32, in a league outing.
The Monarchs now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit for a Catholic Intersectional II outing on Thursday, February 1. Cabrini will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 58-31 league loss to Austin Catholic (Chesterfield, MI). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-12.
