January 30, 2024: Elcho, WI 54428 Wausaukee Rangers (Wausaukee, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Elcho Hornets (Elcho, WI), 72-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wausaukee upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Rangers travel to Gillett (Gillett, WI) to play the Tigers in a Marinette & Oconto bout on Thursday, February 1. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Gillett won 71-58 in their recent non-league bout against Wabeno/Laona (Wabeno, WI)
Next up, the Hornets play the Merrill Bluejays (Merrill, WI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Elcho will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record.
