New Hampshire High School Basketball - Hanover nips Oyster River
January 30, 2024: Hanover, NH 03755 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hanover Bears (Hanover, NH) and the visiting Oyster River Bobcats (Durham, NH), saw Hanover's basketball squad hold off Oyster River by a tally of 35-32.
With the victory, Hanover improves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Bears host Plymouth (Plymouth, NH) to play the Bobcats in a Division II challenge on Friday, February 2. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Plymouth lost 33-32 in their recent league challenge against Kennett (Conway, NH)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Manchester West Blue Knights (Manchester, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Friday, February 2. Oyster River will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record.
