Connecticut High School Basketball - Manchester overwhelms South Windsor
January 30, 2024: Manchester, CT 06040 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Manchester Red Hawks (Manchester, CT) and the visiting South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT), saw Manchester's basketball squad wallop South Windsor by a tally of 92-46.
With the victory, Manchester improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Red Hawks travel to Cheney RVT (Manchester, CT) to confront the Beavers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Beavers come into the challenge with a record of 12-2. Cheney RVT won 72-39 in their recent league challenge against Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT)
Next up, the Bobcats confront the Windsor Locks Raiders (Windsor Locks, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 2. South Windsor will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 57-55 non-league loss to Thomaston (Thomaston, CT).
