Michigan High School Basketball - Reed City topples Mason County Central
January 30, 2024: Reed City, MI 49677 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Reed City Coyotes (Reed City, MI) basketball squad beat the visiting Mason County Central Spartans (Scottville, MI), by a margin of 59-51.
The Coyotes (14-2) will now prepare for their outing against Newaygo (Newaygo, MI). The Lions go into the Central State - Gold outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Newaygo defeated Fruitport (Fruitport, MI), 50-47, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to North Muskegon for a Western Michigan Lakes - Rivers outing on Friday, February 2. Mason County Central will clash with a Norsemen squad coming off a 47-45 non-league win over Montague (Montague, MI). The Norsemen record now stands at 15-0.
