Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Windber crushes Moshannon Valley
January 30, 2024: Houtzdale, PA 16651 Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA), 68-39 in a non-league battle.
The Ramblers now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portage for a non-league battle on Friday, February 2. Windber will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 59-50 league win over United (Armagh, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-7.
The Black Knights/Damsels (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Harmony Area (Westover, PA). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 3-13 record. In their last battle, Harmony Area was overwhelmed by West Branch (Morrisdale, PA), 77-66, in a non-league battle.
