January 30, 2024: New Ulm, MN 56073 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] Titans (Montgomery, MN), by a margin of 123-87.
The Eagles (11-6) will now prepare for their outing against Worthington (Worthington, MN). The Trojans go into the AAA Section 2 outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Worthington smashed Jackson County Central (Jackson, MN), 87-85, in a non-league outing.
The Titans now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lester Prairie for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 1. Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 79-61 league win over Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-12.
