Ohio High School Basketball - Waynesfield-Goshen topped by Arlington
January 30, 2024: Arlington, OH 45814 The Arlington Red Devils basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers to 57 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Van Buren for a Blanchard Valley contest on Thursday, February 1. Arlington will battle a Black Knights team coming off a 49-45 non-league loss to Eastwood (Pemberville, OH). The Black Knights record now stands at 7-11.
The Tigers (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Perry (Lima, OH). The Commodores come into the Northwest Central contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Perry prevailed over Cory-Rawson (Rawson, OH), 45-35, in a league contest.
