Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) and the visiting Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV), saw Hoover's basketball squad overcome Capital by a tally of 75-64.

With the victory, Hoover improves its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Huskies host Point Pleasant (Point Pleasant, WV) to confront the Big Blacks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Big Blacks come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Point Pleasant lost 54-22 in their recent league challenge against Marietta (Marietta, OH)
