Louisiana High School Basketball - Carroll holds off North Webster
January 30, 2024: Springhill, LA 71075 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Carroll Bulldogs (Monroe, LA) and the host North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA), saw Carroll's basketball squad hold off North Webster by a tally of 38-36.
With the victory, Carroll improves its record to 10-14 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Richwood (Monroe, LA) to confront the Rams in a 3A District 1 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 14-16. Richwood lost 47-22 in their recent league challenge against Bastrop (Bastrop, LA)
Next up, the Knights confront the Union Parish Farmers (Farmerville, LA) in a 3A District 1 challenge, on Thursday, February 1. North Webster will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Farmers come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 63-14 league loss to Wossman (Monroe, LA).
