Michigan High School Basketball - Coopersville knocked off by Grant
January 30, 2024: Coopersville, MI 49404 The Grant Tigers basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Coopersville Broncos to 32 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakridge for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Grant will meet a Eagles team coming off a 54-33 league loss to Fremont (Fremont, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 3-10.
The Broncos (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Holland Christian (Holland, MI). The Maroons enter the Ottawa-Kent - Blue contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Holland Christian ran past Hart (Hart, MI), 54-51, in a non-league contest.
