January 30, 2024: Covington, KY 41015 The Covington Latin Trojans basketball team (Covington, KY), was overwhelmed 45-9 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Model Patriots (Richmond, KY)
The Patriots now possess a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lynn Camp for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 1. Model will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 41-35 league loss to Barbourville (Barbourville, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-16.
The Trojans (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against St. Patrick (Maysville, KY). The Saints come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, St. Patrick was overwhelmed by Bracken County (Brooksville, KY), 80-37, in a league battle.
